Server-side Database with Browser Access • Server Pro, Server NOC	All test results are stored in a central performance database with several reporting options. The database enables network technicians to view performance data over time to identify trends in behavior, or specific data and time ranges based on date, IP address, or network. Customer support groups can easily views results of individual customers for troubleshooting and customer service operations.
Filter Views / Search • Server Pro, Server NOC	Search and filter views enable custom reports of specific data items or ranges. Filter options include date/time range, IP address, DNS name and various performance metrics such as packet loss and latency.
Table View Reports • Server Pro, Server NOC	The table view displays the selected performance data in tabular format, providing detail for actual test result values. The traceroute detail can be displayed with a click on the date/time stamp, providing views to the connection path and performance of each hop.
