Test connectivity from multiple built-in test server locations • Business, SupportPro • Server Standard, Server Pro, Server NOC	Select from various Visualware testing server locations, such as San Jose, California USA, Ashburn Virginia USA and London UK, to test connectivity to your servers or network devices. This capability provides additional testing points to help identify network routes and network providers causing poor performance.
A single-user browser enables 1 remote user at a time to access the VisualRoute Server to test connectivity from the server to another location • Business, SupportPro	The VisualRoute Server connectivity test and PingGrapher tests are Java applets that are easily accessed via a web browser. The built-in web server allows a single user to access the VisualRoute Server remotely to run connectivity tests from the server to other network addresses. This capability enables IT staff to run connectivity tests from the server while at home or other locations.
Support staff can test connectivity from remote offices or customer computers to another location, view results at the VisualRoute desktop • SupportPro	The SupportPro Edition enables support staff to test connectivity in both directions: to/from the VisualRoute desktop and to/from remote systems. This capability provides visibility to connectivity problems that occur in one direction only, such as from the customer location to your server -- problems that are otherwise very difficult to pinpoint without imposing on the customer or traveling to the remote location. The SupportPro Edition makes reverse tracing a quick and easy process.

This capability enables multiple remote users to to run connectivity tests from the server to themselves or other locations. With the Server Pro and Server NOC Editions, the test results are automatically stored in a server-side database for review and analysis by IT staff.
OnDemand™ NTAs perform connection tests from remote locations • SupportPro* • Server Pro, Server NOC	The OnDemand NTA is a small easy to use agent that enables support staff to perform quality and performance connectivity tests from one or more remote locations. This provides quick visibility to last mile connection problems encountered by a customer or remote office. Once an NTA is created, it can be published for easy activation by any remote customer using a simple web download, or other convenient methods of delivery such as email. Once the NTA is activated on a remote system, support staff can initiate connectivity tests from that system. Connectivity tests can be managed and run by IT staff, or to enable a ‘self-service’ portal, allowing multiple remote users to perform connectivity tests in multiple directions and view results in the browser. With the Server Pro and Server NOC Editions, the test results are automatically stored in a server-side database for further review and analysis by support staff.
AutoTime™ NTAs perform continuous connection performance testing from multiple remote offices and customer locations • Server NOC	The AutoTime NTA (network test agent) automatically performs continuous connectivity tests from remote locations such as a remote office or customer, collecting connectivity performance and quality data at predefined intervals. This allows network administrators to automatically measure to connectivity performance of specific network segments, results are logged to a central database on the web server for review and analysis. The continuous testing and data collection over extended periods provides visibiility to performance patterns and trending. NTAs can be deployed in multiple strategic locations throughout a global enterprise network to continually measure and report on the capacity and quality of vital connections.
Publish NTAs to a URL for easy access and download by remote users • SupportPro* • Server Pro, Server NOC	The Publish NTA option automatically creates a web URL, providing a quick and easy method for remote users to download a NTA you have created. Selecting run from the download request quickly installs and activates the NTA.
