To BEGIN THE TEST click the CLICK TO START TEST button.

The MyVideo test measures the Jitter (ms), Packet loss (%) and packet discards (%) for the connection.

The Video test can be configured to test different video codecs.

Any amount of packet loss or packet discards are considered bad and should be reported if those levels persist.

The graph tab plots the Jitter and Packet loss experienced during the Video test.

The PLOT drop down menu in the bottom left hand corner of the applet can be used to switch between VIDEO and AUDIO JITTER.

The Summary tab gives you an overview of the Video results. The circular colored indicators are designed to give you a quick understanding of how the test went, in the case shown above you can tell that the Video results are considered good.

The advanced tab is designed to give you a run down of the metrics returned during the Video test.
