To get to the User Privileges section click on the USER PRIVILEGES link in the USER AND SECURITY section of ADMINISTRATION.

The User Privileges over view allows the user to modify, delete or add user profiles.

A User Profile can be used to restrict certain areas of MCS to certain people.

The CREATE NEW USER page require the user to set a NEW USERNAME and PASSWORD. This will be used when asked to login to MCS.

The next step is to select which options will be available to the new users. This is a simple check/uncheck list, as shown on the right.

Once complete click the CREATE USER button to confirm.
