Restricting the MCS Main Menu to Admin users only

Step 1

Click the GENERAL CONFIG link in the ADMINISTRATION section of the MCS main menu.

Step 2

Click the SERVER SECURITY link.

Step 3

Add a new ACL item.

Choose:

Access: Allow only administrators

From: You can restrict by IP but in this example a ful IP range has been chosen.

To: A specific URL

URL: /myspeed/admin

Now click the Add Item button.

Step 4

Cilck the SUBMIT CHANGES button to confirm the changes.This is found at the bottom of the page.

From now on only users with Admin priviliges will be able to view the /myspeed/admin URL.
