Click on the Analysis tab in the main MyConnection Server window and then click on Set Thresholds in the reporting tools section.

The following page will list all the plugins with the various critical and warning thresholds for each metric.

To alter the threshold value simply expand the plugin you want and alter the value you want.

When you have made the changes you want click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
